Established in March of 1999, The RLS Group, LLC is a privately held land surveying company located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The RLS Group, LLC was founded by M. Shane Loyd, PLS to provide comprehensive land surveying services throughout Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Since the inception of The RLS Group, LLC, it has been our goal to provide our customers with high quality, accurate and state of the art services.

With over 70 years of combined experience, The RLS Group, LLC is proud to offer competitive, professional and fully indemnified comprehensive surveying and documentation services. Using the latest technology in providing these services, The RLS Group, LLC is a leader in today’s progressive surveying community.
